Paradise Grills sells configured outdoor kitchens across 40+ US showrooms. Ar-range built them the showroom POS: the rep configures the island, the configurator hands the whole build to the iPad by QR code, the customer signs and pays in the room or later from their own browser, and the order lands in NetSuite.

Custom outdoor kitchens mean hundreds of thousands of module, finish and appliance combinations. A rep would sketch the island, hand-price it on paper, and chase a multi-stage approval before anything reached production. A typical order meant 40 to 50 minutes of actual paper.
Across dozens of showrooms that meant slow closes, pricing mistakes, and no single view of what was actually being sold. Every signed contract was a scan somebody had to find, reconcile and review later.
A configuration space no printed price list could ever keep current, changing every time a supplier or a season did.
The rep assembles the kitchen with the customer: modules snap together, finishes and appliances swap live, and the price updates as they go. The configurator then generates a QR code; the POS scans it and the whole build, its link and its prices land in a new order.

The order carries the full spec into the contract. Tax is calculated by Avalara, the customer signs on the iPad and pays through the showroom's own Clover terminal, and the order lands in NetSuite as a sales order with its deposit. When the customer wants to decide at home, the rep sends a remote offer: they sign and pay from their own browser, and the rep is notified at every step.

I am currently very satisfied with the service provided by Ar-range and cannot think of any areas that require improvement.
Digitize a complex custom-sales process across 40+ showrooms: order, agreement, payment and fulfillment in one flow.
Our reps used to spend half an hour on paper before a customer could even say yes. Now they build the kitchen on screen, the price is right, and the order is in production before they leave the showroom.
