Case study · MyBed.pl

2.2 million bed visuals, every fabric, across 120 bed configurators.

MyBed.pl sells beds in 520 fabrics, around 550 today. No studio could photograph that catalogue. Ar-range rendered every finish variant in five days, built a configurator for each of 120 bed models, wired them into the store, and lifted online conversion by around 15 percent.

Online store conversion uplift against the period before the configurator, with buyers seeing the exact fabric they chose on the actual bed.

Bed configurators, one per model in the range, built between July and the end of August 2026. Every fabric a shopper can pick has its own on-brand visual.
The challenge

A catalog no camera could keep up with.

MyBed's online customers were not just struggling to pick the right fabric out of 520 available. They also could not imagine how each finish would actually look on the bed they were about to buy.

The store spends real money bringing traffic to those product pages. When a shopper who wants sand-coloured velvet sees a stock photo in grey, the page stops selling.

520
Fabrics, none a camera could cover

Photographing every fabric across every bed and every size was never going to happen with a camera.

The solution

Render the whole matrix, then wire it to the store.

1

One model, every finish.

From a single 3D model of each bed, Ar-range rendered all 520 fabrics with the same light, angle and staging. A uniform, on-brand visual system across the whole catalog, not a folder of mismatched photos.

2

2.2 million visuals in five days.

The full run of over 2,200,000 photorealistic product visuals was rendered in five days. The project itself took about two months: modelling the beds, building the 120 bed configurators and wiring them into the store, rolled out from July to the end of August 2026.

3

Synced across the store.

Every fabric variant was wired into the storefront and kept in sync, so the product page always shows the exact bed in the fabric the shopper picked. Each visual is served in about half a second through Cloudflare, so the page never waits on a render engine. Paired with the configurator, choice becomes something they can see.

Ar-range delivered over 2,200,000 product visuals, covering all finish variants. Together with the configurator it raised online store conversion by around 15%.
